Personal Mission:

“To positively influence the lives of thousands of people in a way that ripples out upon the world.”

Lorraine has a diverse range of experiences, trainings and qualifications.  This means she has a very big tool box of strategies, tools and processes from which to select to meet the needs of clients.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – As an NLP Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP Lorraine has had those magical moments of watching people change ‘in the twinkling of an eye.’  Clients have rung her up after a session to say how she has totally changed their life.  Lorraine attended her first NLP course in 1990, trained as an NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner in the late ’90s, and as a NLP Certifying Practitioner Trainer in 2000. Her training included Time Line Therapy and Eriksonian Hypnotherapy.

Coaching – Lorraine first started coaching in the early 90’s, predominantly in small business coaching and career coaching. She was astounded and excited by the progress people made through the coaching process. She continued coaching a limited number of clients over the years while involved in other fields, predominantly in the education sector.  Her experience in senior management as Director of Studies and Head of School for a business and technology institute assists her to coach people in both senior management and in the education sector.

Lorraine’s strength as a coach is her ability to inspire people to achieve so much more than they think they can and to be excited by the process.

Lorraine is both a Results-trained coach with a Certificate in Coaching Skills and a Career Analysts Career coach. She is currently completing the requirements towards her International Coaching Federation credentials.

Business – As an owner and operator of several small businesses Lorraine learned what works and what doesn’t. Her experiences taught her how to be creative in resolving challenges.  Lorraine became involved in teaching/training adults, teens and children in the mid 90s. She designed and taught holiday programmes and accelerated learning courses for children and teens both in and outside the school system. She facilitated a variety of personal development and communication workshops for adults.

Teacher/tutor/trainer/facilitator – Lorraine’s strength as a teacher is her sheer joy in drawing out the best from people and helping them recognise their potential, and to know that change is not only possible, it is FUN!

Qualifications - Lorraine’s qualifications include a Masters Degree in Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Communication and a Business Degree.  She has additional qualifications and trainings in teaching, accelerated learning and learning styles, hypnotherapy, Timeline Therapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, including being a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP.
